GUIDELINES TO MASTERS AND CHIEF ENGINEERS: ORB must be duly recorded and signed( duty engineer and chief engineer to sign each entry for part 1 and for part 2 by chief officer after each completed entry with master to sign the completed page for both the parts. In some companies chief engineer signs each page countersigned by master) until the day before arrival at port.
